I waited for a few reviews to come in since this was our big one! This was my FIL favorite dish! Ilearned to make it and serve it with a white flakey fish. The fennel has that licorice flavor that excels with fish. Also I would sprinkle it ever so lightly with a little parmesan cheese to give that little extra. This dish sautes quickly and goes down easily. Thanks for sharing Jason a wonderful recipe. glitter
