This worked out beautifully for me. I prefer tart-sweet light lassis as against the heavy fat laden sweet ones, and this was perfect. I didn't measure out any of the ingredients, just dumped them directly into my blender as per taste. I did sub fresh ground cardamom for the rose water due to personal preference. Thanks Varsha for posting this refreshing recipe!

DD (toddler) loves it. I didn't particularly like rose water in this it tasted different. I did use a good quality one from Iran. I did not add ice but all my ingredients were refrigerator cold except the organic raw local honey. I used very ripe fresh mango, 3 % yogurt plus the freshly squeezed orange juice.
