1. This looks awesome! I haven't tried them yet but I think it would be neat to put them in a ziplock bag (as if you are getting a goldfish from the fair).

 2. These were great--BUT, a few suggestions based on some mistakes I made. First, do not use Swedish fish! I could not find gummy fish, so I used Swedish fish. They do not hold up and they look terrible! :) Also, the blue jello was a little too dark. Maybe next time I would mix one blue jello with one clear or something. Otherwise, the recipe worked very well and the kids loved them! Thanks!

 4. This is one of those recipes where you say, Why on earth didn't I think of that? Making these was easy, fast, and all of us had a great time making the fish "swim" in the water before we ate them. Thank you so much for posting!

 5. So cute, cant wait til I have grandkids. This would be nice in a goldfish bowl also. And the sea foam idea, wow.

I'm an adoptive mom to 5 children, 3 of whom are grown. My 2 children still at home are 13 and 14 and are very picky eaters. Consequently, I spend more time collecting new recipes than actually cooking them. I probably have 3000 recipes sorted into my private cookbooks here on Recipezaar. I figured that my house could only hold so many cookbooks but not so when I collect recipes online. :)

Speaking of books, I'm a voracious reader and I probably buy at least 10 books a week by swapping books on http://paperbackswap.com, http://bookmooch.com and http://titletrader.com.
