  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, Splenda, chives, celery, and black pepper.
  • let stand about half an hour.
  • Add potatoes.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Fold in egg.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least half an hour.
  • Gently stir again before serving.
