"This is a recipe I found years ago in the LA times...It's really good with a heavy BBQ meal...refreshing and low fat... Adopted 8/2006."

 1. Delish

My co-worker went to a street fair on sunday and she brought in her leftovers. which turned out to be this delicious the best OMG.. I think everyone should try this !!!

 2. I followed the recipe exactly as written for the 4th of July, but my guests barely ate it. I thought it was DIFFERENT, but not anything I'd try again. The chili powder took over the mango taste.

 3. I LOVE these! They may actually be my new favorite thing! I made these in my george forman grill. I cooked them for about 6 min and it wasn't quite enough. I'll go about 10 min next time. I also used cayanne instead of chili powder becasue I misread the directions but it turned out fantastic. Try these...you'll like them. Thanks Ducky!

 4. Loved this! Made as directed except didn't oil the grill (pure laziness) which didn't cause a problem. Used mango that was perfectly ripe, fresh lime juice, and Penzey's chili powder for a real treat. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

 5. I mixed the lime juice chili powder and salt along with a sprinkle of olive oil, place under a hot broiler flipping once. Using under ripe fruit so it kept its shape. Outrageous! refreshing! Wonderfully seasoned! Will make when the weather allows me outdoors to cook.
