  1. Yummy! I cut the sugar down to 2 tbsp and they turned out perfect. I also used olive oil instead of butter (personal preference). Next time I would probably put a little more garlic on them and some garlic in the dough as well.

  2. Easy and VERY tasty! I've made these 3 times now and every time the rolls just disappear. I don't roll and stretch the dough, I just pull at it from the machine and roll it into balls that I drop onto a greased 9x13 glass pan. Giving them time to rise is the key to light and fluffy rolls. Thanks for a wonderful recipe that is a keeper in our house.

  3. The rolls turned out as I imagined them. They were soft and the garlic, butter, cheese combination was perfect. However, there was one drawback: My husband commented that the rolls made him think of 'holiday cookies'. When prompted to explain what he meant, he said that they were 'a little sweet' in an uncritical, questioning tone:-) I knew he was right after my very first bite, though I tried to ignore it. So, knowing that baking is a science and a change of ingredients can have a big impact, I cannot suggest reducing the sugar; but the dough is a bit over-sweet.

  4. My goodness....these rolls are absolutely amazing and a beautiful compliment to any meal. They are soft, airy, moist, and delish! They also keep well. Very fun and easy to make. I did substitute the powdered milk for two tablespoons of fresh whole milk. Yummy!!!!

  5. Best rolls... ever created... Seriously though. Still perfect without parmesan. Try adding diced jalapenos and/or habaneros to the melted butter mixture for a little extra meow.

  3. Oh MY Lord!!! These are awesome. I used garlic powder instead of fresh garlic just for ease. I also sprinkled both fresh & grated Parmesan cheese. My husband wont be home for another half hour & I'm using self control to not go eat them all! I can't wait to make these again and again and again...

  4. Wow these were great! Sooo easy and turned out perfectly! My first attempt at home made rolls and what a great recipe to choose :) I used buttermilk powder instead of milk powder, and I accidently put the garlic in with the bread which was not a bad thing at all, so i mixed garlic powder with the butter to pour on the top and it was perfect that way for me. Served this with italian manicoti and salad. Thank you so much for posting this! :)
