  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup of feta, milk and basil until well-blended. Spread in bottom of 9" pie plate.
  • Top with drained spinach, then tomato, then green onion, then black olives, then remaining feta cheese.
  • Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.

  2. A fabulous dip! Only made half of this recipe. I did nuke the spinach and squeezed it very dry thru a dish towel. I also used Kalamata olives. Enjoyed by all! Thanks for posting, Parsley. Made for ZWT 6.

  5. This is so pretty and so tasty! I served it with Recipe #307619, and my husband said they were great together. I kind of didn't like the spinach layer and thought maybe it could use a little lemon juice or salt or both. My husband said it was perfect, but suggested maybe he was getting the lemon and salt from the chicken dish and the tortilla chips. All-in-all, very good and I ate half the plate for dinner! Reviewed for ZWT4.
