Best method of boiling corn I've come across. I used your method of sugar, lemon juice, to the boiling water. I did not use the seasoning, because the family likes only melted butter. Son commented best tasting he's ever had. I experienced how easy the kernels released from the cob while eating it, yet the kernels were a perfect texture. Thank you so much for this.

When our summer garden comes in, we eat a lot of corn. Your boiling method of cooking corn is fabulous. The corn is perfectly tender and sweet. As you say, for a change from plain corn, the herb-spice butter pairs wonderfully with the sweet tender corn. My family and I loved this and will enjoy it all summer long. Thanks, Leezah.
