I love Caffe D'Amore Mochas Frappe Freeze coffee mix. I started buying it at a local costco and make these almost everyday. It has been hard for me to find a good mocha flavored coffee mix and Caffe D'Admore is the closest thing to a coffee shop. You have the option of blendeding, making it hot or iced - it tastes good in all ways. There are also other flavors available that I found through amazon.com (they have toffee, cookies and cream and double fudge) I think they may have lighter versions of their powder but this is already not bad on the fat and calorie content. 3 Tablespoons of the powder is 2.5 grams of fat and 120 calories (I believe) I used to use non-fat milk when I made these but now I have switched to vanilla rice milk which tastes even better. The recipie says to make it with water but I don't think it would taste as good unless you are really cautious about the fat and calories. Another thing I like to do is add 2-3 oz of hot coffee with the milk - it helps my blender blend the ice more smoothly so it is less chunky. You could add torani syrup to these as well to create different flavors. It's a very good drink and you can make it as guilt-free as you'd like.
