1. This was nothing like the things I usually make but that's what made it awesome. It was so refreshing to dump a bunch of ingredients in the pan and do nothing else except bake. My boyfriend was skeptical (I guess he doesn't like sauerkraut) but I didn't even get to eat the leftovers so I guess he changed his mind.

 2. Do you drain the kraut?

 3. Yum! My husband especially loved this. I used a little less kraut since I'm not a big lover of it and husband just added some to his plate. It was SO easy too!
Thanks so much!

 4. Super easy and super yummy! The only thing I added was a little chopped onions over the sauerkraut. I love to find new and exciting things to do with frozen pierogies. This is a keeper for sure. Thanx!

 5. My husband just loves all of the above items that composed this dish. He and I think it is a 5! Thanks MewMew for a great dish!

The Dolphin picture was taken while my DH and I lived in the Bahamas. We had some great experiences there including a variety of cuisines. Once a year they have an international food festival where countries from all over the world set up booths and offer their traditional dishes and drinks. We now live in Oregon in the Pacific N.W. We will be sharing some of our Caribbean recipes from time to time and look forward to sampling what the N.W. has to offer.
