  1. I didn't have bell pepper on hand, but otherwise, I've made this twice as directed and both times have been pleasantly surprised at how tasty & quick it was.

  2. YUMMY! I was very surprised to find a receipe for this (cos I only had celery and avocado in the fridge) and it was delicious. Very nice the next day on toast too.

  3. Easy recipe. I used a mixture of yellow & dijon mustard, and it was great!

  4. This salad was SUPER easy to make!!! I cut the recipe in half because it was only for my husband and I. It was very delicious, a little different, but great flavor. The olive oil was a little strong, so next time I would lessen it a bit and maybe add a little more ground mustard (I used grey poupon-I love that stuff). Other than that, it was a great recipe with a new flavor! Super fast and easy!!!

Tweaks

  1. Didn't add sugar, not missed at all. Full fat mayo, always better. Used regular yellow mustard-fine. Halfed amount of green peppers and onions.
