  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package flaked imitation crabmeat or (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
  • 14 cup sliced green onion
  • 14 cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • assorted cracker

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  • Stir in the crab, onions, red peppers, curry powder, and garlic salt.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
  • Serve with crackers.

  2. This recipe is very tasty. I cut back a little on the curry powder and added extra garlic powder. Have made this three times now and everyone just loves it.
     
  3. I make this same recipe omitting the curry powder. very adictive, a must have appetizer for get togethers.
     
  4. Very Easy! Very Good! I would switch the amounts of curry powder and garlic powder. I used garlic powder and just a dash of kosher salt to keep sodium content under control.
