These are so tasty, I ate several myself and really didn't want to pack them in my gift boxes. For looks, they added that something extra to my gifts. I think that the brand marshmallow you use may have some bearing on how the cornflakes are manageable. You do have to work quickly and I finally gave up on the cinnamon 'berries'. I added red berries after the wreaths were all formed by using candy melts in a piping bag. That worked quite well and saved a lot of hassle, but since the cinnamon taste is such a nice compliment to them, I will use cinnamon oil in the candy melts the next time I do this.

How festive these look! I just made up a batch, and let me say, I have great respect for the previous reviewers and photographers who were able to make wreaths out of these! Holly bunches were all I could handle, but they still look very nice! I found it easier to work with the mixture if I sprayed my hands with no-stick cooking spray, and I enlisted the help of my sister to pop the berries on while I scooped the corn flake mixture onto the cookie sheet - this worked much better as a two-person job! The flavor is good and these are perfect for Christmas!
