1. Delicious salad! I made "as is" and everyone loved it. Wouldn't change a thing other than I might used sugared pecans next time just because we really like them in salad. Very glad I ran across this recipe, it's a keeper!

 2. I thoroughly enjoyed this salad for lunch today. All of the flavors meld together beautifully, and the dish is also pleasing to the eye. Instead of baking the asparagus, I very briefly blanched it in boiling water, then submerged it in a bowl of ice water; I just prefer it to be as crunchy as possible. That was the only change I made. I won't be making any other changes in the future; it's just a perfect little salad. Serve this at your next dinner party; it makes for a beautiful presentation, and no one has to know how easy it was. Thanks! :)

I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
