  1. Your recipes are terrific. I love different and simple veggie dishes and this filled the bill. I used 2 cups carrots and about 1 cup of frozen peas. Easy to do ahead and pop in the oven when needed. Again thank you Inez.

  2. Inez, you are a master at providing quick and easy yet delicious and tasty recipes. This one is another winner. I try to get my kids to eat carrots for the Vitamin A. This is a very classy and elegant way to serve them. A wonderful creamy sauce with buttered bread crumb topping. YUMMY!! Thanks so much.

  3. mm- I really liked these! I'm not a huge fan of carrots (but try to get them in my diet because of all the health benefits) and I have to say that I wouldn't mind eating a LOT of this dish. Great recipe! :)

  4. This was avery easy recipe to prepare. I made this when the in-laws were over for dinner and both commented on how delicious they were. My DS really liked them, they were the first thing that he finished on his whole plate. I will definately makes these again!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
