  • Cover and chill 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with cinnamon if desired.

  3. This is a quick, easy salad to make, and it's very refreshing. It works well with tangerines, too.
     
  4. I made this to be dessert for lamb pita sandwich's tonight. The only change I made was to use Splenda in place of sugar and slice the orange into rings instead of chopping it (and be a bit more liberal with the cinnamon). This is quick and simple and totally yummy. Personally I would never use this with ice cream, it's perfectly wonderful alone on it's dish.
