  • Mix dry ingrediets.
  • Add in wet ingredients (the egg substitute mixed with water before adding in).
  • Be sure to mix very well!
  • Fold in cranberries.
  • Bake at 400 degress fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until middle comes out clean.
  • Eat away, guilt free!
