  1. Really good recipe. Easily cut the recipe in half. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks.

  2. Love it! Made with whole grain Instant Rice and ate with my Recipe #379762. I didn't have chiles (and thought it would be too spicy for my taste) so used mushrooms. The result was creamy, cheesy, delicious.

  3. Loved it!!!! So easy! I used beef broth, cuz that's what I had on hand, but I just know I'll love the chicken broth even more!!!!

  5. FABULOUS and super easy!!!! The whole family loved this - we will definitely make this again and again for a quick delicious alternative to spanish rice! I loved the ease of preparation, I was making quite a few other things and this was SO simple to do, the flavors worked great together and complimented the spicy dish I made, not overpowering at all. Creamy, cheesy, YUM!! Thanks for a definite KEEPER, Lazyme!!
