Good! The kids enjoyed this. I really think this would be better if the caramel mixture were poured over the popcorn, let cool, then other ingredients were mixed in. Everything melted together into a clump which made it hard to distinguish different flavors, and the popcorn wasn't as crunchy as I would have liked. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This recipe makes delectible squares, and oh so easy to prepare. I didn't have the small marshmallows so I cut half a 400g bag of the regular size marshmallows into quarters which worked well. I used miniture chocolate chips because that was what I had on hand and they were quite melty which created a bit of a swirled effect. Tasty!

I followed your suggestion and put them in a pan to set. I also used graham crackers that I crumbled a bit. Thanks WI - these are really tasty!!!

I am a Christian wife and mother of 3 kids. Since my DH's high cholesterol, we've been eating better. I never used to like cooking. Since eating better, I've liked learning and preparing new recipes. My kids haven't reconciled themselves to the new eating yet. I grind my own grain and make all my own breads.?Working 2 hours a day in the local high school lunch room.??I am homeschooling my high schooler.? ?Also found out 1 child has multiple food allergies (wheat, dairy, tomato, chocolate, etc) and another is gluten sensitive. So, we just started (July 09) eating gluten and dairy free. I've been busy with getting our house market ready, even though it's not the best time for that.?
