So easy to make and yet it gives you meat such great flavor. I used this on pork chops that I seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary and then fried in the skillet. I loved the sweetness of the honey and the the slight tanginess of the Dijon mustard. The melting butter made my porks chops yummy and juicy. Made for Fall 2009 Photo Tag.

This is an adopted tag from the Newest game & was an excellent pick for me. I am sure it works well w/chicken & pork as you said, but I can testify it also works well w/oven-baked salmon. I added just a bit of dill & the salmon had a lovely flavor. DH is an avid fisherman, we are lucky to enjoy salmon freq right from our freezer & this will be repeated. Thx for posting this recipe for us.
