- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest or 1 tablespoon orange zest
directions
- Combine all ingredients and blend well.
- Roll into a log, using plastic wrap.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for use in 1-2 days.
- To freeze: Wrap the log in waxed paper, place in a freezer bag and freeze for up to 2 months.

This is delightful smelling and easy to prepare. Tastes yummy!! I left my butter soft because I intend on putting it on my fresh fish this evening. Will post more once I've had on the fish. Made for PAC 2010. Thanks Rita! NOTE: This was excellent on my fresh, pan fried Snapper tonight. Would also be excellent on grilled asparagus or other fresh veggie.
