1. Delicious, sweet crust for any filling you please! I really loved the taste of this crust, even if it was just a tad on the sweet side. I used a 8'' pie pan and baked it for 6-7 minutes. I let it cool on the counter top for an hour and a half before filling with chocolate cream pie. When I tried to cut it into slices however, the crust refused to come out! We ended up scraping bits of it off the pan onto our plates!!! Even though it was not a pretty sight, it was DELICIOUS! Not sure what went wrong, but I will be making this again. Made for Chef Dee's Cook-A-Thon 2008.

 2. I made this on 7/30/08 for Chef Dee's Cook- A- Thon.Even before adding the filling, I had to break off a piece to taste. And I have to tell you after eating a piece of this ,I'm never going to buy another store bought crust. I filled this with an instant vanilla pudding mix that had mini chocolate chips added to it. And topped it with a non-dairy topping, and topped that with some chocolate sprinkles. This will be made again.Thank you for posting and, "Keep Smiling :)"

My mother was known for her cooking and baking and I am so happy that I was able to pick up her great skills.

I enjoyed many years as a stay at home Mom, whipping up all sorts of large meals and baking of all kinds. Time does not permit many hours in the kitchen anymore, but I still like to entertain when possible and I am always searching for the latest greatest new recipe to add to my tried and true collection.
