  1. My children love this recipe. They never stay around long. We've had to double it. It is very simple as my 9 year old makes them with very little assistance. Off to make another batch.

  2. Eh, these weren't the best. They weren't terrible, but the flavor was a little off, the chocolate chips all sunk to the bottom, and they were very rubbery. I'm sorry, but I won't be making these again.

  3. I made these with whole wheat pastry flour and white chocolate chips. I inadvertently left out the 1/4 tsp of oil, but that is such a tiny amount, it seemed to have no effect. I got 11 standard sized muffins (filled tins about 7/8 full). They were pretty moist and not too dense (not super moist and not light/fluffy). The texture reminds me of devil's food cake donuts. This recipe was so quick and easy, and with WW flour and 11 muffins, calories go down to 180 each and 2 grams of fiber. I liked the contrast of the white chocolate chips to the muffin cocoa. Will definitely make these again. I whipped them up tonight to use as a lunch snack for my daughter. Thanks for a good recipe!
