- 4 egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup salsa
- 1⁄4 cup wheat bran
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
directions
- Combine egg whites with 1/4 cup salsa. Mix well and microwave for 45 seconds.
- Add wheat bran to egg mixture. Microwave another 30 seconds or until eggs are almost set in the middle.
- Add remaining salsa and sprinkle cheese liberally on top. Microwave once more, for around 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
