Marinade for London Broil

"This is a recipe provided by a chef from a company I used to work for. While it requires a 2 day marinade, it is well worth the wait. The sweetness of the pineapple juice along with the saltiness of the soy sauce makes for a fantastic flavor."

 1. This gave the meat a wonderful flavor. The only change I made was to add about 2 cloves of minced garlic and about 2 T of minced shallots to the marinade.

 2. Very good marinade! I followed recipe exactly, and intended to add garlic to the marinade but forgot. Marinated London broil for 48 hours and the flavor was awesome! Next time, I will add the garlic and maybe some red pepper flakes for a little kick. *But the original recipe is perfect too!*

Thanks for posting.

 3. This was a delicious marinade. I followed the ingredients exactly. We used Top Sirloin steak. We marinated it for 2 days. Thank you for a great recipe. Reviewed for PAC Fall 2007

I have always loved to cook but haven't had much time to do so. My kids are now in college so every weekend I try a new preferably low fat recipe. I LOVE recipezaar and was introduced to the website by my sister-in-law. I have found my favorite recipes in "I've Got a Cook in Kalamazoo" cookbook.
