Reviews

  1. This is'nt a brine its a marinade

  2. Had some troubles keeping the marinade from carmelizing and burning on the grill. A nice marinade, but there are others that my family likes more.

  3. The pork was delicious! The only thing I did different was triple the lemon juice. One of the better pork recipes we have made, definitely going into the favorites cookbook!

  4. Reviewed for RSC #10. Used center cut boneless chops and marinaded for 4+ hours. Then smoked the chops in my stove-top smoker for approximately 20 minutes. The meat had a very mild maple/mustard flavor, however the chops were not as tender as I would have liked. Perhaps the addition of more acid, i.e., additional lemon juice, or pineapple juice would solve this problem.
