  1. Absolutely the easiest recipe. And delicious to boot. I made this last night and my family finished it off by noon today. I must admit that I added pecans only because we like nuts in our banana bread. Thanks for a great recipe.

  2. Very tasty and moist. I subbed whole wheat flour for 1/2 cup of the white flour, and used 1/2 Splenda and 1/2 sugar (I cut total to 1 cup-it was still plenty sweet). Has a nice crust and rose very high.

  3. Delicious! This quick and easy bread is very dense and moist with a subtle banana flavor. I added 1/2 tsp of banana extract (I do this to all my banana bread) to boost the banana flavor. I baked this in a cast iron loaf pan and it baked up with a nice crust. We really liked the addition of the cinnamon, too. My family loved this and gave it 2-thumbs up. Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe. Congratulations on your football pool win.
