  1. Super yummy! Great recipe. I used reduced fat cream cheese in mine. Thanks!

  2. These look gorgeous, but I feel like they're missing something in flavor. They took 40-45 minutes to bake in my oven, and this is certainly a cake texture and not a brownie. I think in the future, I'll experiment with adding more chocolate to the brownie layer and adding a complimentary flavor to the cheesecake layer (like strawberry, cherry, orange, or almond).

  3. Amazing recipe, turned out a bit cake-like, but still tasted very rich. Also had to cook it for about 50 minutes.

  4. The cream cheese portion of these brownies is a bit heavy. If I made these again I would only use about half of the cream cheese mixture, or double up the chocolate portion. They ended up being very moist, almost like fudge and not very "brownie-like".

  5. These were tasty and pretty. i baked for 25min, and the middle was goo. Next time I'll bake them for around 45min. My toothpick came out clean, but i should have checked more carefully

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
