directions
- In a large bowl, combine popcorn, cereal and peanuts.

- stirring occasionally. (I actually combine the coating and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stir, microwave for another 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stir.
- Pour over popcorn mixture; stir to coat. Spread evenly on waxed paper.
- Allow to set for at least 2 hours.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Yield: 5-6 quarts.
- **Note** White candy coating is found in the baking section of most grocery stores. It is sometimes labeled "almond bark" or "candy coating" and is often sold in bulk packages of 1 to 1-1/2 pounds.

This is an excellent mix... salty & sweet! we were given this at Christmas and I ate most of the bowl so I had to find a way to replace the treat and I found this recipe that is very similar. The only difference was that our friend added m&m's to the mix and no dried fruit. I plan to add the fruit because I am sure it will be very tasty! You could get very creative with your "extras".
