  1. This was simple and yummy. What I really liked was how moist the breasts were. Too often mine end up with some parts just fine and the thinner parts dry but this kept everything moist.

  2. I can only echo comments made by previous reviewers. Delicious. I will add just a tad more garlic next time. We love garlic. :)

  3. Simply excellent! Just the right amount of flavor. I halved the recipe and was afraid there wouldn't be enough marinade to add much flavor to the chicken. I shouldn't have worried, it was just right. I did let it marinate for about five hours. It smelled wonderful while grilling. This is a real keeper recipe. I'll be making it often. Thanks for posting!

  4. Wow! This was so simple and delicious! I couldn't believe how flavorful it was after only 20 minutes of marinating. Definitely a keeper! Thanks!

  5. Made this for the 2 of us so cut the recipe in half although I did use chicken breasts that were about 7 to 8 ounces each; Large, so I flattened down the hump are a bit & used a very small amount of salt & some lemon pepper to season! Other than that, though, I did follow the recipe, & we had an absolutely delicious chicken dinner! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Cookbook recipe tag]

<p>Im 40 years old and live with my husband and two year old son in eastern WA. My husband has a 14 year old daughter who lives near Seattle with her Mom. She's here with us during the summer and school holidays. My husband and step daughter are a little picky so sometimes it's hard to get them to try new things. Hubby's more likely to try than she is. I just keep trying. I'm a nurse and work full time in an orthopedic clinic. I've worked there for about 4 1/2 years. I've always loved my job but since I had my baby I find that I'd rather be home more. Plus after working all day I don't always feel like cooking when I get home which means we eat take out more than we should. I found this website a couple months ago and just love it. I spend a lot of my time browsing through all the recipes. <br /><br /><br /><img src=http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg border=0 alt=Photobucket /> <br /><br /><img src=http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg border=0 alt=Photobucket /> <br /><br /><img src=http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg alt= /></p>
