- 1 lb light brown sugar
- 1 lb dark brown sugar
- 1⁄2 lb butter
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- mix ingredients together well and store in an airtight container.
- When ready to serve add 1 heaping teaspoon of butter to enough hot water to dissolve. Add 1 oz rum & 1/2 oz of brandy and fill the cup to the top with hot water.
