When I made this I did chop the pepperoni very small (almost mincing it!) & followed your recipe right on down! I actually made two batches, one as per the recipe & the other one doing the twisty thing as in Vicky J's review & photo! I'll certainly be keeping this recipe around as these would be a great addition to my finger food buffet when I'm hosting a couple of groups each month! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Cookbook Tag]

Hello there! These were wonderful. I'm going to give this 4 stars, because I couldn't find the Jiffy mix, so I had to go with the kind the store had. I didn't have mozz cheese. All I had on hand was a combination cheese. I did use the parmesan. To do something different, I twisted the sticks. I had this as a side dish to some stew I made. I thought they were really tasty. I'm going to make these again, if I can find the Jiffy mix and use mozz cheese. I thought I had a little bagged in the freezer, but I was wrong. Thank you for the tasty, snack, appetizer! This was made for PAC 2008! :)
