  1. Cake was good but the crust was a bit burnt. I will make this cheesecake again but turn down the oven to 475 degrees.

  2. I get a kick out of these folks that talk about burnt crusts and the temp of 500 degrees was way to hot. At the very beginning of receipt it says heat to 375 degrees and bake for 8 minutes the turn up to 500 degrees These receipts are wonderful but even Martha Stewart holding you hand will not help if you can't read!!! Lol

  3. This recipe is very easy to follow. The only thing I did different was to bake the crust at 475 instead of at 500. It tastes like it came from a bakery. This is my second one to make and everyone loves it.

  4. This recipe was so easy to follow and is cheesy delicious. I assumed you leave the spring form on until completely cooled but that was logical. Everyone loves this and it is EASY.

  5. My husband and I went to dinner at a neighbors house. I brought this for dessert, with a tub of sliced sweetened strawberries for a topper. The texture was fabulous and the directions were right on. Great recipe I will be making this again for sure. Thanks so much for posting Food Frenzy!
