  • Mix all ingredients and marinate shrimp for 2 hours.
  • Oil BBQ plate/rack.
  • Cook shrimp on oiled BBQ for 10-12 minutes or until done.

  1. This shrimp was amazing! It made a wonderful Sunday night dinner. My whole family went crazy for this dish! I minced a jalapeno pepper (seeded and minced) for the green chilies for a little heat. YUM! Thanks!
     
  2. This is great. Loved the flavors. I used a large jalapeno for the green chili. Made on an RV trip, and so easy for the small galley and outdoor gas grill. Thanks for this keeper!
     
  3. Fresh ginger made these pretty spicy. That prep time is meaningless; it takes a few minutes to put together, then you wait for the marinade. Very tasty and about the only change I'd make is to double the recipe if there's more than one person eating 'em... Made for Please Review My Recipe March 2008.
