ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can albacore tuna in water (drained well)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon onion (minced fine)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt (regular salt to taste)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper (fresh ground, to taste)
directions
- Mix all ingridients in a bowl and chill at least 2 hours!

Wow! this is fab! I ended up making a 2nd batch because my 12year old son ate it all. I used onion powder instead of minced and worked out really well. The only trouble we had was waiting the 2 hours. This is the 1st of 3 reviews for PAC 08 Thank you K-Jon I look forward to trying your other 2 recipes. Cheers Catherine :)
