  • Cut up bell peppers, and onion into bite size pieces. Put oil in fry pan over medium heat. Add peppers and onions. Saute for a few minutes until peppers are starting to soften. Add corn. Cook for a few more minutes until corn is heated through.

  1. This really kicks corn up a notch. We really enjoyed it I did add 2 chopped serrano peppers. I used a can of niblets. Thanks for another neat veggie recipe
     
  2. This was a delicious way of having frozen corn from having it fixed the usual way. My Dh just loved it! I didn't have any yellow bell peppers so I just doubled up on the other 2 bell peppers. I also sprinkled alittle cayenne pepper to give it more of a kick than just the black pepper. It was very good with our dinner and one recipe I know will be made again in our house :) Thanks for sharing the recipe!
