  3. This is great! I'm afraid I'm one of those who just can't make a recipe straight, without "fixing" it here or there, but this one I did JUST as the recipe called for, except the one suggestion from Sweet PQ about doubling the sugar free pudding for extra vanilla. I used the blender to blend the coffee and everything together. And I'm glad I did! It wasn't TOO sweet, and was creamy and will be a standard for me now! The extra pudding may make it a little thicker. I like flavored coffee every morning, and have been spending oodles on the mixes. Now I will make them myself!

  4. I love vanilla coffee and this recipe delivers! I made it with decaf coffee, Splenda and sugar-free pudding, which I increased to 3 tablespoons (what can I say? I love vanilla!) I ended up switching the amounts of dry milk & creamer, just because I had more of the creamer than milk powder. The end result was still creamy & flavourful. Made for Partying The Diabetic Way-Dec'09. A definite make-again!

  5. This coffee is yummy, very rich and creamy. I had french vanilla powdered creamer on hand and used sugar instead of Splenda. I missed if using sugar free instant vanilla pudding use 1 1/2 tablespoons and used 1/4 cup. Still a very nice cup of coffee. If you enjoy flavored coffee's definitely give this one a try! Made and reviewed for Partying The Diabetic Way in the Diabetic Forum.
