  1. I love balsamic chicken with either onions or mushrooms but had not considered this combination with pork until seeing this recipe. So obvious and yet easy to overlook. The results are just as wonderful and easy to prepare. My only two suggestions are to wipe the pan between cooking the chops and onions and to double up on the onions as they will go fast. Thanks!! Made for Pick A Chef - Fall 2008.

  2. Delicious! I was wary of cooking pork loin steaks, but these turned out so tasty, and not at all dry. The balsamic onions were the perfect accompaniment - like the first reviewer, I made double the amount of onions, which was just right with two steaks.

  3. Delicious! The only thing I did differently was to double the recipe. Worked out great.

I currently live in Phoenix where I work for a company that makes semiconductors. I am also a certified clinical laboratory phlebotomist. Recently moved out here from Boston, though I was born and raised in Northern Nevada. I live with my soon-to-be husband, Christopher, and our two kiddos, Katie and Ben. I really love to cook! It is funny when I look back at how far I have come. I attended boarding school from grades 9 to 12 and then went on to college where I lived in dorms until age 23. I guess you could say I had very little kitchen experience... So when my fiance propsed marriage I knew it was time to learn. Cooking is now my favorite hobby and I cannot wait to learn more!!
