Yum! I'm 1/2 Korean and I've only had Meat Juhn with white fish made by my wonderful grandmother. I was so excited to make this since my husband (who's Chamorro!) said he wanted to go get some sometime. I'm so happy I found your recipe. It's absolutely delicious! I used 1 tsp of sugar instead of 1/2 tsp though. Didn't make it sweet at all. Just right! I can't wait to try your other recipes!
