Super Moist, Kinda Healthy Sandwich Bread (Bread Maker)

"I combined two of my favorite bread maker recipes and came up with this. It comes out easy to slice and is the perfect texture for sandwiches. Sometimes I substitute the milk for pineapple juice when I want snacking bread or for french toast."

  1. I have tried and retried too many salt free bread recipes. Some crumble, some are too small for a sandwich, some are dry, some are weak, many taste like cardboard. This recipe is WONDERFUL!!! It tastes so good I can even eat it plain. It slices thin, and stays strong, but not heavy. I make dough in a bread maker. Then kneed it for a minute or two. Coat a bowl with cooking spray, cover with plastic, let it rise and hour or two, knead it again for a few minutes. If it is too stick (which rarely happens), I put a tiny bit of flour on the board. If it feels dry, I(which rarely happens) just wet my hand and knead. I put it in a greased bread pan, let it rise again. When it is above the top, I bake for 35 minutes at 350 (internal temp 190). Turn it out to cool. It is soooooo very good.
