1. excellent, easy recipe. perfect for on top of spinach salad. would be great party food too! now, to find a cheaper way to get pecans....

 2. Absolutely perfect! I was looking for a candied pecan that wasn't so candiesh This fit the bill. I used the pecans to top a pear and blue cheese salad. Wow! The pecans truly lifted the salad up. I didn't use the cayenne pepper. I didn't have any. For this salad, I believe the omission didn't make a difference. One thing I can add is lower the heat to medium low or low after adding the sugar of which I used raw brown. Thanks for sharing! A keeper for sure!!

 4. Easy, Easy, Easy and they are tasty too! I used recipe #186029 and toasted my pecans in the pan for a few extra minutes before adding the sugar and seasoning. Merci Sarah! Made for ZWT 5 by an Epicurean Queen.

 5. Sarah Jayne, Thanks so much for a brilliant, quick and easy snack. I used Emeril's creole seasoning, many recipes on here with that same recipe. Perfect!

I have started a blog - Weekend Carnivore where I blog about trying to eat a mostly vegetarian diet. I share a lot of my discovered recipes there. If I make one of your vegetarian recipes and I managed to take a good photo of it, chances are I will blog about it and tell everybody how much I enjoyed it.
