T.v. French Dressing

"This was my Nana's favorite salad dressing! I calculated about 2 tablespoons per serving as on many current salad dressing bottles, but I'm sure most people use such varying amounts that looking at the yield will be more helpful - it makes about 2 cups [2-2 1/4 cups]. Great on crisp iceberg salads!"

  1. I tried this on a sandwich, and it was a little thin for that, but went wonderfully on spinach! Can't wait to try it on an iceberg wedge. Thanks for sharing!

  2. Loved it!Will make it all the time!

  3. I don't want to take away from this recipe, but thought some cooks might appreciate other uses for the dressing. I noticed how similar the ingredients are to Spinach Delight #95532 by That Girl--one of my all-time favorite salads. I never thought to use it on other greens (duh). So while not exactly the same recipes, both are outstanding.

  4. Can't believe I haven't rated this. I make it constantly. So, so good! Thanks for sharing Nana's favorite.

I've enjoyed baking and cooking since I was a little girl. I wish I had more time in the kitchen, but I keep a busy pace here in NYC. I became a premium member Jan. 1, 2009 as holiday gift to myself in hopes of amalgamating my favorite recipes and discovering new ones all in one place!
