  • Brown and break up sausage, drain well. Roll out crust on a nonstick cookie sheet (with sides). Layer sausage, hash browns, and cheddar. Whisk in the milk with the eggs and season. Pour on the pizza. Add parmesan and bake in a 350 degree oven until eggs are set and crust is done, 20-25 minutes.

  1. We have been making a version of this for years...we love it,it is delicious.We serve it with fresh fruit and sometimes mix it up a little by using different kinds of sausage.
     
  2. Well, this was different, but tasty. Would be especially good for a walk-about breakfast. I think next time, however, that I will make with some pizza type seasonings.
