  • Skin and bone the trout.
  • melt the chocolate morsels with the marshmallow cream in the microwave for 30 sec at a time until melted (approx 3 minutes).
  • Mix well.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture over the trout and mushrooms
  • Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
  • Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!

  1. I made this recipe for my aunt and uncle and they said it was really good. I didn't have any trout but I used salmon and it still worked well!

It has to be easy and very yummy for me to make it. I don't have a lot of time to shop/cook so we function by the KISS philosophy at my house.
