"I've been struggling with my weight since i was a lil kid so i've tried hundreds of things and i haven't found a diet that i can keep up with except for the Atkins diet, which gave me great great results. I found this recipe in the Atkins Meal Planner and it's delicious and soooo easy to make. The smoked salmon, the green onions and the dill will give your breakfast a whole new dimension. Enjoy! :)"

  1. Scaled this back for 2 and served with wholemeal/wholegrain toast and the DM and I absolutely loved it and it was very filling. I did have to use dry dill but otherwise stuck to the recipe. Thank you Choco lover, made for Healthy Choices Tag game.

  2. What an exciting take on the good old scrambled eggs. These taste special but are so simple to make. I cut some fat by using fat free half and half and reduced the butter to 2 tbsp. It was awesome. Thanx for sharing!

I'm a peruvian 23-year-old architect, but i've always liked cooking and entertaining. Well, not really cooking cooking, like a stuffed turkey for christmas but more like appetizers that are simple and really quick but you can pull it of as gourmet at the same time :) I also love sweets so i like baking cookies and muffins too. Although, lately i've been a little more aware of my weight and the stuff i put in my body - since i stopped doing as much exercise as i used to do when i was in high school and my metabolism changed and screw me over lol - so i'm also looking for delicious food that doesn't seem to be that healthy but it actually is. But i'm still looking for that not at all healthy but super duper delicious food... now i just don't eat it and make everyone else try it lol Well i hope you enjoy all the tried and true recipes i post here at RecipeZaar.
