A friend of mine turned me on to this. I love it, but I like it cold on a hot day. Really tasty to me. Use honey to taste. I would drink it all the time, but read several posts that the acid can be harmful to your teeth if you drink it all the time. Some suggested drinking with a straw or rinsing mouth after. Whatever...I like the taste.
