Strawberry Banana Milkshake

"I recently bought a bar mixer, and have been using it almost every day since! Feel free to experiment with the recipe. It's great for a quick breakfast-on-the run. The amount of low-fat milk is a guess, as I usually just estimate how much I need. The yield is also an estimate, as I usually just drink all of it. Enjoy!"

  1. Three ingredients and so good! I didn't have strawberry yogurt, so used vanilla yogurt and added about 6 strawberries. Yum! Thanks Talia! Made for the Vegetarian swap-Oct. 2009.

  2. Yummy! Made using a frozen banana , strawberry yogurt and 6 ounces of frozen strawberries. The results were two very thick and super yummy shakes. Thanks so much for the post.

Hey. I'm Talia. I like homemade food. I like Mexican restaurants. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I live in AUSTRALIA! I'm not much of a fussy eater, but I like for my food to be healthy. I think healthy food can be fun, and I love to eat! I don't really use cookbooks. I look up recipes on the internet, make them up, etc. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but that's life. I don't bite (much) so you can add me or email me or whatever it is on this site. :P Have a nice day! :) <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg">
