  1. I just finished eating this, and I must say it is really good. My hubby really loved it.. Don't really agree with the "one pot" unless you are going to grate your potatoes, and cheese directly into the skillet..or chop the onions in your hands..LOL I will make this again! Orchidga

  2. I cheated and used frozen shredded hash browns. It was good but I still think I prefer my potatoes, bacon and eggs separate.

  3. Made this today and it is very good tasting and easy to put together. I felt that it is not too visually appealing, though. Perhaps the same ingredients could be made into an omelet to solve that problem.

  4. I really liked this recipe. My husband made it for me for our first wedding anniversary today. I could hardly contain myself as I waited for him to finish making it. He said "5 stars" and I couldn't agree more. YUMMY!

A people's person who never entertains one thing in life -- larger than life EGO of people. My hobbies are numerous and diverse. They range from being an avid reader to decorating home, loving cats, embroidery, painting, writing poems and letters to friends, endless thinking, collecting candles, music, trying various cuisines and reaching out to people. I love cooking and devising ways to smash set patterns of cooking. I do not like over use of spices in the cooking and am dead against using readymade or canned ingredients. Cooking is my favourite prescription for busting all the stress that I accumulate in the work place.
