  1. This is an awesome recipe! I love it! I made these brownies a couple days ago, and I've got to admit, they were addictive because they came out soooo tasty! There were soft and chewy, which I think is the perfect result for any batch of brownies. Thank you for sharing this recipe! :D

  2. I made these with 2 tbsp less butter and added chopped walnuts in them... AMAZING! Everyone loved them. Fudgy consistency, very sweet flavor that is balanced enough to bring the strawberry and white chocolate out perfectly. They have a mellow pink color that's perfect for Valentine's day or a pink themed party of sorts. Highly recommended if you have Nequik lying around that you need to use up or want to try something new. Thanks!

  3. Unusual and tasty! Eye-catching and pretty pink, too! When warm, they are very gooey and a tad greasy from all the butter, but they cool down into something more like a traditional blondie in texture with a slightly crisp outer crust. I used 2TBS less butter than the recipe called for (didn't feel like cutting into a frozen stick of butter for the last 2TBS). Seeing how mine came out when warm, I'm guessing that you could probably cut the butter amount down to 1 stick (1/2 cup) and still get good results in the end. The amount of white chocolate chips seem like overkill when mixing them in, but it's perfect once baked. I wasn't sure I was even going to get to try these, since Strawberry Nesquik is pretty scarce in my area for some reason -- I looked for it at 5 different grocery stores before locating it at the sixth! And yes, I DO turn into a persistent terrier when I'm looking for special ingredients for something, lol. I'm really glad that I got to try these, though. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2014

  4. These were soooo good and chewy. Not very much strawberry flavor, but very buttery and tasty.

I am a single mother of a terrific six-year old little girl who is a finicky eater. I love to cook, bake, etc. but I am always dieting, so I don't make my favorite foods unless its special occasions. I am known for my famous decadent pastries, baked goods, especially CHOCOLATE!!! Any recipe I can do unless I don't have the tools. I love to collect antiques even old cookie molds that I use for my baking as well as a vintage clothing collector. I am a martha stewart at home, love to create and be artistic. I have lately been creative with recipes trying to create healthy, diet dishes that are tastey and not going on the waist with much success that also don't mess with my blood sugar and getting rave reviews from people in the local gym I attend. My Favorite things to cook: Anything my late Mother used to make for us kids (well, almost..still don't like liver!). I wish I had her cookbook but it was lost in a move years ago. I love making all slovak dishes my mother used to make and do it just from my head from watching her over the years in the kitchen. I hope I pass this to my daughter as well. My Family cooking traditions: Growing up in a european home, the tradition is in the kitchen, if you want to learn how to cook is to sit and watch. This was told to me by my mother as she was told to by her grandmother the same for generations. That's how they become such great cooks that no one could match. My Cooking triumphs: Anytime I make bakery for special occasion, the satisfaction is the smiles on their faces. I have a reputation to keep up for my sweets!! For one function I attend, they always expect me to bring a rich, decadent chocolate dessert which every year is different from the last!!!
