  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup soft margarine
  • 1 (8 ounce) box cornbread mix
  • 2 -3 tablespoons finely chopped onions

directions

  • Combine corn, egg, sour cream, margarine, and cornbread mix in bowl--mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until set and golden brown.
